Your First Appointment, Step by Step

Arrive about 10 minutes early so we can confirm your details and insurance information. Our front desk team will walk you through anything you have not completed in advance.
2. A Complete Picture of Your Oral Health
Your first visit typically includes a comprehensive exam, digital X-rays (only where needed, at a fraction of traditional radiation), and intra-oral camera photos so you can see what we see, on screen, in real time.
3. A Clear, Honest Conversation
Your dentist will review the findings with you, answer every question, and explain your options, including costs, before anything is scheduled. No pressure, and we explain recommended treatment and estimated costs as clearly as possible before care begins.
4. A Plan Built Around You
Whether you need a simple cleaning schedule or a phased treatment plan, you leave knowing exactly what comes next and why.
What to Bring
- Your dental insurance details (carrier, policy and member numbers)
- A list of current medications
- Any recent dental X-rays, if transferring from another office (we can request these for you)
- Your questions. All of them.
Insurance and Direct Billing
We bill most insurance companies directly, so in the majority of cases you pay only your portion at the appointment rather than fronting the full cost and waiting for reimbursement. Our team is happy to help you understand your coverage before treatment begins. We accept payment by debit, Visa, Mastercard, and cash.
